Tanya Perrault

Tanya Perrault joined the Team in early 2021 and was very quickly promoted from Operations Manager to Director of Operations and now holds the role of Chief Operating Officer. In her role, she guides the organization’s workflow, strategy, and essential business processes to keep things efficient and organized. This includes reviewing the efficacy of current business functions, planning changes, updating day-to-day operations, and collaborating with other executive staff to set and meet business objectives.

Tanya has worked in the world of operations and business management in legal and renewable energy industries for more than 20 years. Tanya holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and been nominated for several awards that support her professional merit including recently being awarded an Empowerment Award for her ‘Entrepreneurial Spirit’ and a ‘Women of Excellence’. She has a proven track record of distinction in her career, all the while ensuring that she devotes abundant time to her family and gives back to her community.
